The electrical conduction layer 3 containing nickel contains nickel, phosphorus, and tungsten as a whole. A region of 50% of the thickness of the electrical conduction layer 3 containing nickel, extending from its inner surface toward its outside has phosphorus in the average content of 10 wt.% or more, and a region of 10% of the thickness of the electrical conduction layer 3 containing nickel, extending from its outer surface toward its inside has tungsten in the average content of 5 wt.% or more. !
