发明名称 Method of Producing Laminated Body, and Laminated Body
摘要 A method of producing a laminated body is provided in which, while a carrier A is wound off from a bobbin, an adhesive is applied to both facing ends thereof and a metal foil B is laid on and bonded to a side to which the adhesive was applied. The obtained laminated body is subsequently cut, a plurality of the cut laminated bodies are aligned in a stack, a roller is applied from the top of the stack when the elevation of the center of the stack becomes high to vent air existing between and within the laminated bodies. After the air vent process, the adhesive hardens to mutually bond the carrier to the metal foil of each laminated body. Accordingly, a carrier-attached copper foil that provides improvements in handling ability in the production process of a printed board and cost reduction based on improved production yield.

主权项 1. A method of producing a laminated body, wherein, while continuously winding a carrier A off a bobbin and a metal foil B off another bobbin, an adhesive is applied to end parts of two facing side edges of a surface of the carrier A; a wound off part of the metal foil B is continuously laid on and pasted with the adhesive to the surface of a wound off part of the carrier A to which the adhesive was applied to form a pasted two layer assemblage consisting of the carrier A and the metal foil B; the two layer assemblage is cut upon formation to produce a sheet having a prescribed length and consisting of the cut carrier A and the cut metal foil B; the winding, applying of adhesive, formation of two layer assemblage, and cutting are repeated to produce a plurality of cut sheets that are stacked one on top of another regularly to get a regularly aligned stacking of the sheets before the adhesive is hardened in the cut sheets; a roller is applied to press a top surface of the stacking to vent air existing in and between the stacked sheets when a height of the stacking at a center of the top surface thereof becomes greater than a height of the stacking at side edges thereof; and after the roller is applied and air is vented from the stacking, the adhesive is hardened and the cut carrier A and the cut metal foil B constituting each of the sheets in the stacking are bonded together to form laminated bodies.
