A compound having the formula: wherein Q1 to Q8 are independently selected from CH and N, and wherein Q1 to Q8 may be further substituted; wherein X and Y are independently selected from the group consisting of O, S, and Se; wherein R8 and R9 independently represent mono, di, tri, tetra substitution, or no substitution; wherein R8 and R9 are independently selected from the group consisting of deuterium, alkyl, cycloalkyl, arylalkyl, amino, silyl, germyl, alkenyl, cycloalkenyl, heteroalkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and combinations thereof; and wherein at least one of R8 and R9 is not hydrogen or deuterium.
