The invention relates to a cable clamping device (1), for example for an electrical connector, comprising at least one bush (2) and a clamping ring (3). The bush (2) and the clamping ring (3) both comprise an opening for the passage of a cable (4). A bush has a number of bush portions which, joined together, form a sleeve about the cable (4). Two flanges (45, 47) bear the bush portions and are articulated to a casing (5) so as to pivot between an unclamped position of each bush (2), in which the cable (4) can be moved, and a clamped position, in which each bush (2) is kept clamped to the cable (4) by the clamping ring (3). Locking means keep the clamping ring (3) in the position in which the cable (4) is clamped by the bush (2). |
