The plurality of voltage detection ICs (1-4) are connected by communication lines, and at least one of the plurality of voltage detection ICs (1-4) is connected to a control circuit (7). First to third dummy resistors (R1-R3) are connected to the voltage detection ICs (1-3) from among the plurality of voltage detection ICs (1-4) that do not directly communicate with the control circuit (7). First to third switches (S1-S3) respectively turn the supply of current to the first to third dummy resistors (R1-R3) on and off.
