An electric automobile and an alternating-current charging power supply circuit of an automobile control apparatus thereof. The alternating-current charging power supply circuit of the automobile control apparatus comprises a CC signal detection amplification circuit, a relay (KM1) and a relay control circuit for controlling the relay. A CC signal of a charging plug of the automobile is amplified by the CC signal detection amplification circuit, and drives a contact of the relay to turn on a power supply terminal (VPM) of the automobile control apparatus, and the relay control circuit is used to implement self-locking energization; after it is detected that the charging plug of the automobile is disconnected, the relay control circuit is disconnected to stop charging. When the alternating-current charging power supply circuit does not perform charging, the relay control circuit is disconnected, and automobile control apparatus cannot consume power without power supply; after the charging plug is plugged in, the automobile control apparatus is powered on by the relay. Automatic power supply control of the automobile control apparatus is implemented without affecting sampling of the charging connection confirming signal CC, manual operation is reduced, and the working efficiency and security during charging are improved.
