PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool a flat shaped corner material from an extrusion molding die, ensure planarization thereof, achieve improvement of quality thereof and enhance productivity thereof.SOLUTION: A flat shaped corner material 80 from an extrusion molding die is bent at a substantially right angle with a small curvature radius by a guide member 513, is corrected to be flat and is guided. First through third rollers 215 through 217 having horizontal rotational axes are vertically and sequentially disposed in a device main body 441. The corner material 80 from the guide member 513 is wound about the first and second rollers 215 and 216 by a substantially semiperimeter. The second roller 216 is rotationally driven by a motor 442. Upper and lower supporting bodies rotatably supporting the first and third rollers 215 and 217 are lifted up and down and displaced along a rail. First and second screw rods 445 and 446 are manually and rotationally operated, and the corner material 80 is brought into contact with the first through third rollers 215 through 217, is cooled and is pressurized and planarized between the first and second rollers 215 and 216 and between the second and third rollers 216 and 217. |
