PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary sealing plug for a power storage device which can temporarily seal a liquid intake port and can be removed from the liquid intake port when discharging gas. ! SOLUTION: A temporary sealing plug 20 for a secondary battery is made of rubber and comprises a shank 21, a locking part 22 and a flange 23. At a position, on the flange 23, surrounding the entire circumference of the shank 21, the temporary sealing plug 20 has a groove 24 recessed from a contact surface 23a with an outer wall surface 14b.
