METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CHARACTERISING A USER GROUP

The invention relates to a method for characterising a group of users related to one another by their mobile communication data, according to web browsing data. The method comprises: constructing a social graph based on the mobile communication data of a user and the user's contacts; extracting web browsing data for each user from the social graph; associating web browsing data extracted for two users with each line linking the two users in the social graph; obtaining a similarity measurement based on a comparison of the web browsing data of both users; and providing a set of metrics for the group of users, based on the similarity measurements, which characterises the user group.
