PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston-type dispenser unit for confectionery food products, preventing an unnecessary excessive amount of product from being supplied or from leaking out.SOLUTION: A piston-type dispenser unit 1 for confectionery food products includes: (I) a door 4 wich can be installed at the supply port of an apparatus 2 to manufacture a confectionery food product for instant supply; (II) at least one supply tap 9 having: a main body 10 extending on the front face side of the door 4 with an outflow channel of the product to be supplied inside the door 4; and a piston 13 slidably installed inside the flow channel, movable between the open position and the closed position of the flow channel; (III) a hand operated lever 17 connected to the piston 13 such that the piston 13 can be moved from the open position to the closed position of the flow channel or in the reverse direction; and (IV) a spring 24 acting on the piston 13 to be retained at the closed position. |
