A loudspeaker diaphragm, comprising a domed part located in the central position and a corrugated rim part located on the edge; the domed part and/or the corrugated rim part comprise silk cloth and thermoplastic polyurethane combined with the silk cloth; and the surface of the silk cloth is coated with a thermosetting adhesive. The method for manufacturing the loudspeaker diaphragm comprises the following steps: a. coating the silk cloth with a thermosetting adhesive at a high temperature, and drying the silk cloth coated with the adhesive; b, hot pressing and combining the silk cloth coated with thermosetting adhesive in step (a) and thermoplastic polyurethane to form a film sheet; c. pressing at a high temperature the film sheet formed in step (b) to form the domed part and/or the corrugated rim part. The domed part, or both the domed part and the corrugated rim part of the loudspeaker diaphragm comprise silk cloth coated with a thermosetting adhesive and thermoplastic polyurethane hot pressed and combined with the silk cloth. The loudspeaker diaphragm made of the above two materials has good rigidity and damping characteristics, thus improving the acoustic performance of the diaphragm. |
