PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide welding consumables for austenitic heat-resistant steel, which welding consumables can stably provide excellent high-temperature strength of a weld metal obtained by gas shield arc welding of austenitic heat-resistant steel using the welding consumables. ! SOLUTION: There is provided the welding consumables for use in gas shield arc welding of austenitic heat-resistant steel. The welding consumables has a chemical composition containing, by mass%, 0.06-0.15% C, 0.05-0.45% Si, 1.9-4% Mn, ≤0.02% P, ≤0.01% S, 2-4% Cu, 14-18% Ni, 16-20% Cr, 0.5-1.5% Mo, 0.3-0.6% Nb, 0.05-0.27% N, <0.008% Al, ≤0.02% O and the balance Fe with impurities, the Mn content (%) satisfying an expression: [0.08×Q+0.6≤Mn]. Here, Q in the expression represents a heat input (kJ/cm) which is set upon input.
