PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a micro needle array by applying chemical quantitatively to a micro needle by an ink jet method.SOLUTION: By employing a micro needle array having a micro needle 2 of two-stage needle, the amount of chemical that cannot be attained by a conventional ink jet method is allowed to be carried. Thus, the amount of chemical use that is discharged from a discharge head of the ink jet method is significantly increased, and without accurate control of the discharge head, a micro needle array can be manufactured in which a chemical is quantitatively applied to a stage part upper surface and a column body part of the micro needle 2.
