The present invention relates to a system and a method of a high performance packet process for an NDLP having IPv4 and IPv6 dual packet analyzing and processing functions in a high capacity and high speed NDLP appliance. According to the present invention, the system of a high performance packet process for an NDLP comprises: a hardware engine for categorizing an input packet into an IPv4 packet and an IPv6 packet, filtering, based on a session, the IPv4 packet and the IPv6 packet respectively in parallel in a dual stack structure, and selecting an upload packet; and a software engine for dividing the upload packet received from the hardware engine per IPv4 packet and the IPv6 packet in the dual stack structure, and parallel-processing the divided packets.
