PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper tube stop structure where a paper tube can securely be fixed by positioning and firmly be fixed over a full length by realizing the simplification and diameter-reduction of a paper tube stop structure with no need of compressed-air, and additionally by clearing the paper tube of the risk of eccentricity, and which facilitates component exchange and can simply cope with a change in inner diameter and length of the paper tube.SOLUTION: The structure is constituted by providing the intermediate part of a shaft 21 in the lengthwise direction with engagement means 29 that consists of a plurality of arc-shaped segments 22 and is deformed by diameter expansion and shrinkage to make friction engagement with the inner peripheral surface of a paper tube on the outer peripheral surface, an elastic member 23 that energizes each arc-shaped segment in a diameter shrinkage direction, diameter expansion and shrinkage means that controls a diameter expansion and shrinkage deformation of the engagement means by being screwed with the inner peripheral surface of one end part of the shaft to cause forward/backward displacements of a taper cone 26 provided at the tip part, and to turn the taper face of the taper cone into a cam surface 27, and a cam follower 28 arranged on each arc-shaped segment and displaces it radially under contact with the cam surface. |
