<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unbalance correction machining method capable of reducing rate of occurrence of defective products by suppressing an amount of unbalance to not larger than an allowed value even when the amount of unbalance exceeds twice the maximum machining volume for one site. <P>SOLUTION: In the unbalance correction machining method for reducing the amount of unbalance by partially cutting and removing a part 1 to be removed off a rotor 2, the amount and direction of unbalance of the rotor 2 are measured, a virtual half-line extending from a rotation axis 3 of the rotor 2 toward the direction of unbalance is designated as the first half-line, half-lines respectively inclined from the first half-line by 60°to both sides in a circumferential direction are designated as the second and third half-lines, and when the amount of unbalance M exceeds twice the maximum machining volume M<SB POS="POST">max</SB>for one site, the maximum machining volume M<SB POS="POST">max</SB>is cut and removed at each of the three sites on the first, second, and third half-lines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
