<p>A method, an apparatus and a program product automatically propose alternate travel services to a traveler in response to detection of a travel incident that impacts one or more travel services in the itinerary of the traveler. By doing so, the impact of a travel incident on the traveler, and in many cases, the resulting stress of the traveler and the burden of rearranging schedule of the traveler to accommodate the travel incident, may be reduced.</p> |
