As a problem, provided is a data reading device capable of preventing an erroneous writing in the data reading operation of a nonvolatile memory device. As solutions, the data reading device according to the present invention includes a dummy reading circuit which includes a nonvolatile memory device which has a writing voltage which is lower than the writing voltage of the nonvolatile memory device of the data reading circuit and a state detecting circuit which detects the writing state of the nonvolatile memory device of the dummy reading circuit. If the nonvolatile memory device of the dummy reading circuit detects the erroneous writing in the data reading operation, the data reading operation is instantly finished.
