PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration capable enhancing the strength, in a battery unit where multiple columnar batteries are interconnected electrically.SOLUTION: The battery unit comprises a plurality of battery arrays (10) where multiple columnar batteries (11) are interconnected electrically while being arranged so that the axes of respective batteries (11) are in parallel with each other, and a base plate (21) with which the plurality of battery arrays (10) are connected electrically. The plurality of battery arrays (10) are arranged for the base plate (21) so that the axes of respective batteries (11) configuring each battery array (10) extend in parallel with each other in the surface direction of the base plate (21). |
