<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet resistance improving agent increasing the resistance of skin to ultraviolet light and alleviating or suppressing damage to the skin caused by exposure to the ultraviolet light by oral ingestion. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the oral ultraviolet resistance improving agent including methyl hesperidin as an active ingredient.
