<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite input unit having a touch panel on a solar cell, the composite input capable of preventing light transmittance reduction due to a routing wiring part to ensure that light on the solar cell is sufficiently provided, increasing in photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell, and having a touch panel function. <P>SOLUTION: A composite input unit includes: a solar cell part capable of generating electricity by receiving light with a light receiving surface; a touch panel part that is provided on the light receiving surface of the solar cell part and has a transparent conductive film; and a routing wiring part that is provided to the solar cell part on its side surface with respect to the light receiving surface and is connected with the transparent conductive film. The transparent conductive film and the routing wiring part are electrically connected with each other by way of a folded part that is made of a conductive nanowire material and can be folded over the light receiving surface and the side surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
