<p>Provided is a production method for an article that includes a base material and a silane film coating the surface of the base material, by which method a silane film having higher endurance of rubbing can be produced. The method for production of an article that includes a base material and a silane film coating the surface of the base material includes (a) forming the surface of the base material a precursor film which contains a silane compound having hydrolysable groups bonded to Si, and (b) irradiating with microwaves the base material on which the precursor film has been formed, forming on the surface of the base material a silane film derived from the precursor film.</p> |
