<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk motor that has a structure having at least two coil disks adhered mutually, and that can enhance adhesive strength between the two coil disks compared with a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: There is a region where no coil pattern 92 exists between adjacent radial pattern groups 92B in a surface of an insulation substrate 90. In this region, a reinforcement pattern 93 is provided. The reinforcement pattern 93 is made of the same material as the coil pattern 92, and has substantially the same height from the insulation substrate 90.
