<p>Disclosed are a solar cell apparatus and a method of fabricating the same. The solar cell apparatus includes a substrate, a back electrode layer on the substrate, a light absorbing layer on the back electrode layer, and a front electrode layer on the light absorbing layer. The back electrode layer is provided therein with a through hole extending in one direction. The through hole includes a first region comprising first protrusions extending inwardly from an inner lateral side thereof, and a second region comprising a cutting surface formed more outward than an end portion of each first protrusion.</p> |
