The present invention relates to a liposuction system capable of monitoring a position of a suction portion, comprising: a modeling portion for producing three-dimensional modeling information for a human body of a person to be operated; a suction portion for sucking a fat of the person to be operated; a position information generating portion located in the suction portion, and generating position information of the suction portion; and a monitoring portion for displaying the three-dimensional modeling information for a video by receiving the three-dimensional modeling information to guide the position of the suction portion to an operator in a procedure process of a liposuction, and displaying an image of the position information on the image of the three-dimensional modeling information. Therefore, by outputting the three-dimensional modeling information of the person to be operated and the position information and trajectory information of the suction portion for a video, and guiding a proceeding process of a liposuction procedure to the operator, the present invention enables the operator to monitor the position of the suction portion which makes the liposuction procedure efficient and easy.
