<p>A jewellery ring having a shank portion 24 with an integral head portion 28, the shank having an arcuate slot 20 formed in its inner surface and extending from the head portion, and an annular shaped finger rest 26 formed from resilient material that is held in the arcuate track 20, the finger rest located below the head portion and bridging the head portion. The finger rest may comprise a material of a different colour to the remainder of the ring. The arcuate slot may be of an equal or slightly greater arc than that of the finger rest. The finger rest may be of sufficient thickness to resize the ring. Also claimed is a ring comprising an integral head and shank, the head portion having an open area above the shank, the shank having a support structure and at least one decorative element held by the support structure.</p> |
