The present invention relates to an LED traffic light snow removing apparatus with a CDS sensor capable of removing snow by detecting the snow stacked on a lens of an LED traffic light, and heating a heating coil installed in the lens. The present invention provides the LED traffic light snow removing apparatus with a CDS sensor comprising: a lens (180) installed in the front of an LED traffic light; an infrared ray transmitter (160) installed inside the lens to transmit an infrared ray so as to check whether the lens is covered by snow; an infrared ray receiver (170) installed inside the lens to receive an infrared ray reflected by the infrared ray transmitter; a CDS sensor (140) installed inside the lens to measure visible light so as to compensate transmission output of the infrared ray transmitter; and a heater installed in the lens part to generate heat by receiving power.
