摘要 本发明提供一种进给单元(10),用于以切割双管模式切割管路(T1,T2)于一自动切锯机上,包括:一第一组马达驱动下滚轮(12a,12b),分别具有一上游端下滚轮及一下游端下滚轮,以沿着一第一进轴(x1)向前移动一第一管(T1);一第二组马达驱动下滚轮(14a,14b),分别具有一上游端下滚轮及一下游端下滚轮,以沿着平行于第一进轴(x1)之一第二进轴(x2)向前移动一第二管(T2);一第一组马达驱动上滚轮(16a,16b),分别具有一上游端上滚轮及一下游端上滚轮,以使得第一管(T1)抵住第一组马达驱动下滚轮(12a,12b);一第二组马达驱动上滚轮(18a,18b),分别具有一上游端上滚轮及一下游端上滚轮,以使得第二管(T2)抵住第二组马达驱动下滚轮(14a,14b);复数个第一边轮(22)用以侧向限制第一管(T1)且复数个第二边轮(24)用以侧向限制第二管(T2),其中第一组马达驱动下滚轮(12a,12b)与第二组马达驱动下滚轮(14a,14b)之上游端滚轮(12a,14a)以一和水平方向相对之倾斜角度(α)一第一横向旋转轴(ya)旋转固定且其中第一组马达驱动下滚轮(12a,12b)与第二组马达驱动下滚轮(14a,14b)之下游端滚轮(12b,14b)以平行于第一横向旋转轴(ya)之一第二横向旋转轴(yb)旋转固定;其中第一组马达驱动上滚轮(16a,16b)与第二组马达驱动上滚轮(18a,18b)之上游端滚轮(16a,18a)以平行于第一横向旋转轴(ya)之一第三横向旋转轴(y’a)旋转固定且其中第一组马达驱动下滚轮(16a,16b)与第二组马达驱动下滚轮(18a,18b)之下游端滚轮(16b,18b)以平行于第一横向旋转轴(ya)之一第四横向旋转轴(y’b)旋转固定且其中每一上滚轮(16a,16b,18a,18b)适于朝向对应之下滚轮(12a,12b,14a,14b)移动以分别夹住对应管(T1,T2)抵住下滚轮(12a,12b,14a,14b),特征在于第一横向旋转轴(ya)倾斜相对于水平包含于边界之0度至60度间之一角度(α),因而更包括一分离构件(34)选择地移动于一停止位置,其中整体放置于通过第一及第二轴(x1,x2)平面下方且因此非内置于对应管(T1,T2)间且其中对应管(T1,T2)彼此相对接触,而于一工作位置时,设置位于对应管(T1,T2)间以防止彼此接触。; a second pair of motor-driven lower rollers (14a, 14b) for moving second tubes (T2) forward along a second feed axis (x2) parallel to the first one; a first pair of upper rollers (16a, 16b) for urging the first tubes (T1) against the first pair of lower rollers (12a, 12b); a second pair of upper rollers (18a, 18b) for urging the second tubes (T2) against the second pair of lower rollers (14a, 14b); a plurality of first side rollers (22) for retaining laterally the first tubes (T1); and a plurality of second side rollers (24) for retaining laterally the second tubes (T2). The upstream rollers (12a, 14a) of the first pair of lower rollers (12a, 12b) and of the second pair of lower rollers (14a, 14b) are rotatably mounted about a first transverse axis of rotation (ya) inclined by an angle (α) to the horizontal. The downstream rollers (12b, 14b) of the first pair of lower rollers (12a, 12b) and of the second pair of lower rollers (14a, 14b) are rotatably mounted about a second transverse axis of rotation (yb) parallel to the first one. The upstream rollers (16a, 18a) of the first pair of upper rollers (16a, 16b) and of the second pair of upper rollers (18a, 18b) are rotatably mounted about a third transverse axis of rotation (y'a) parallel to the first one. The downstream rollers (16b, 18b) of the first pair of upper rollers (16a, 16b) and of the second pair of upper rollers (18a, 18b) are rotatably mounted about a fourth transverse axis of rotation (y'b) parallel to the first one. Each upper roller (16a, 16b, 18a, 18b) is adapted to be moved towards a respective lower roller (12a, 12b, 14a, 14b) to clamp a respective tube (T1, T2) against the lower roller (12a, 12b, 14a, 14b). The feed unit (10) further comprises a separating element (34) movable between a rest position, in which it is not interposed between the first and second tubes (T1, T2), whereby the first and second tubes (T1, T2) are in contact with each other, and a working position, in which it is interposed between the first and second tubes (T1, T2) thus preventing these tubes from being in contact with each other.
