<p>The present invention relates to a cell culture system using a complex stimulus. More specifically, the cell culture system includes a culture solution pumping unit and a clamp unit and can culture cells while applying, to the cells cultured in a tube, the complex stimulus such as shear stress and a periodic contraction and relaxation pressure according to flow of a culture solution. According to the present invention, the cell culture system provides an environment similar to that in a living organism and thus can provide an effect for promoting differentiation of a stem cell into cardiomyocytes.</p> |
