A hetero junction solar cell includes: a substrate which has a first conductivity type and is made of crystalline silicon; an emitter part which is located on the front surface of the substrate, has a second conductivity type opposite to the first conductivity type, and is made of amorphous silicon; a first transparent conduction layer located on the emitter layer; a front dielectric layer which is located on the first transparent conduction layer and has a first opening part; a front electrode part which includes a seed layer located on the first transparent conduction layer exposed by the first opening part and an electrode layer located on the seed layer and the front dielectric layer; and a back electrode layer located on the back of the substrate. The electrode layer includes an overlapping part which is overlapped with a front dielectric layer. The back side of the overlapping part is in direct contact with the front side of the front dielectric layer.
