a substrate; a first light absorption layer disposed on the substrate; a second light absorption layer disposed in a first region on the first light absorption layer; a first electrode layer disposed on each of the first and the second light absorption layers; and a second electrode layer disposed on the first light absorption layer and spaced apart from the first electrode layer, or disposed on a second surface of the substrate so that the first and second light absorption layers are disposed on a first surface of the substrate opposite to the second surface.
