<p>The present invention relates to a bolt to repair a groove, and a groove repairing method using the same. The groove repairing method comprises: a groove boring step of boring a bolt groove in a damaged pin groove of an object; a bolt insertion step of inserting a bolt to repair a groove having an alternative groove in the bolt groove; a bolt cutting step of separating and removing an exposure part exposed from the bolt to repair a groove such that an insertion part inserted in the bolt groove remains in the bolt to repair the groove; and an alternative groove utilization step of utilizing the alternative groove instead of the damaged pin groove without an additional boring work of the insertion part to replace a damaged pin groove. The present invention increases the accuracy of a position, an inclination, and a depth of the alternative groove and reduces a hazard of safety accidents of the workers by forming the alternative groove, formed in the bolt to repair a groove, in a properly wide location not by manual processing but by machining before the bolt to repair a groove is inserted in the bolt groove. A notch groove is formed along a side part of the bottom of the exposure part of the bolt to repair a groove in a step of forming the alternative groove. Therefore, the present invention easily cuts the bolt due to a notch effect occurring on the bottom of the exposure part of the bolt to repair a groove by an external force when the bolt is cut.</p> |
