一种资讯请求方法和系统，该方法包括：一第一伺服器接收一使用者发送用于获取一资讯之一请求消息；第一伺服器判断使用者是否具有获取资讯之一权限；若使用者具有权限，则第一伺服器向一第二伺服器请求获取资讯；判断第一伺服器是否成功请求获取资讯；若第一伺服器向第二伺服器请求获取资讯失败，则第一伺服器向一第三伺服器请求补发资讯；判断第一伺服器是否成功请求补发资讯；以及若补发资讯成功，则第一伺服器将从第三伺服器中接收到的资讯转发给使用者。本发明能解决知技术中伺服器负荷较大的技术问题。; the first server determining whether the user has a permission for acquiring the information; the first server requesting to acquire the information from a second server if the user has the permission; determining whether the first server successfully requests to acquire the information; the first server requesting to resend the information from a third server if the first server fails to request to acquire the information from the second server; determining whether the first server successfully requests to resend the information; and the first server forwarding the information from the third server to the user if the information is successfully resent.
