Disclosed are a display panel testing device for an AMOLED panel test and a device thereof. The display panel testing device according to the present invention comprises; a main body which is installed on a working table for a display panel test; and a pallet which includes a plurality of clamps installed in order along a longitudinal direction extended from a supporter which is assembled on a base fixated on the main body. The pallet includes a contactor mounted on the lower side of the clamps. The pallet lifts up or takes down the clamps by using a lever and contacts the contactor to a display panel. The display panel testing device also comprises; a lever push unit which is mounted on a moving object capable of being moved on the main body in vertical and horizontal directions, and operates the lever by being ascended and descended according to an inputted signal; and a control unit which performs an aging work and a lighting test for each of display panels by applying an electric signal to each channel connected to a plurality of contactors. According to the present invention, a test time can be reduced by applying the pallet for testing a small display panel to a plurality of channels according to the size of an object to be tested. |
