According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided can be a cable binding device having a cartridge mounted thereon, the cable binding device comprising: a cartridge part having a binding tape mounted in the shape of a roll thereon; a tape compression part for winding, around a cable, and crossing the binding tape withdrawn from the cartridge part and combining the same by compressing a crossing part; and a tape cutting part for cutting the binding tape compressed by the tape compression part. The present invention can bind a cable or the like easily without using a clip. Moreover, the present invention makes a binding work rapid and convenient and saves a binding tape by allowing the binding tape to be cut and used in a length necessary for binding, thereby improving economic efficiency.
