<p>According to the present invention, functional grain powder having a calorie restriction mimetic effect provides a nut sprout which contains a branched-chain amino acid, consisting of leucine, isoleucine, and valine, and resveratrol and thus has a calorie restriction mimetic effect. The nut sprout is dried and pulverized; or the nut sprout is extracted with alcohol, dried and pulverized. The functional grain powder comprises 10-90 wt% of the dried and pulverized nut sprout and 10-80 wt% of an additional mixture.</p> |
