A pixel circuit includes a switch transistor which controls a conduction state by a driving signal supplied to a control terminal, a driving wire to which the driving signal is transmitted, and a pixel circuit which includes a data wire to which a data signal is transmitted. The driving wire is formed on a first wire layer and is connected to the control terminal of the switch transistor. The data wire is formed on a second wire layer and is connected to a first terminal of the switch transistor. A multilayer wire structure to form the second wire layer on a layer which is different from the first wire layer is used. |
