Production of a bridge region (10) for a concrete roadway comprises producing at least two support regions (12, 14) positioned a distance apart in the longitudinal direction (L) of the roadway and extending perpendicular to the longitudinal direction over the entire roadway width. A substructure (18) is produced for at least one support region for an adjoining roadway section (26) of the concrete roadway. Broken concrete mold elements (30) are laid which extend over the intermediate space to be bridged and are supported on the support regions. The concrete roadway is produced on the substructure and the concrete mold elements.
