<p>The present invention provides a multi-nozzle type apparatus for producing meta-aramid fibrils. The apparatus includes: a first casing having a shaft arrangement part penetrating a guide hole wherein a rotation driving shaft rotated by a driving source of a motor in one direction is inserted and arranged; a second casing having an assembly hole wherein a shaft support unit supporting the rotation driving shaft is arranged so as to be assembled with the first casing; a rotor having plurality of inner cutting blades which are assembled with the rotation driving shaft and which are installed with constant intervals in the circumferential direction on an outer circumference side; a stator fixed to and installed on the exterior of the rotor by having a plurality of outer cutting blades installed with constant intervals in the circumferential direction on an inner circumference side corresponding to the inner cutting blades; and a neutralizing agent supplying unit which is arranged to penetrate the first casing and the stator in order to supply a neutralizing agent between the inner cutting blades of the rotor and the outer cutting blades of the stator. A meta-aramid composition is supplied to the inside of a cavity between the first casing and the second casing through a gap between the rotation driving shaft and the guide hole; the meta-aramid composition, solidified by the neutralizing agent supplied by the neutralizing agent supplying unit, is pulverized to be fibrillated; and then the fibrillated meta-aramid is discharged through a discharging pipe, arranged on the second casing, to the outside.</p> |
