<p>The invention relates to a soap cleanser manufactured by using waste cooking oil, soju and beer, and a method for manufacturing an environment-friendly soap cleanser, a daily necessity, through two or three-step saponification or process using waste cooking oil, soju, and beer. The method comprises the steps of: putting a base soap into waste soju, and then heating and stirring the mixture, wherein the base soap is manufactured by putting waste soju alkali solution produced by dissolving sodium hydroxide contained in waste soju into refined oil, and then saponifying and fermenting a mixture; saponifying the mixture by putting alkali; neutralizing the mixture by putting acid; adding additional waste soju to the mixture after heating; adding more waste beer to the mixture; and fermenting the mixture.</p> |
