<p>The present invention relates to a polyarylene ether-based copolymer having intrinsic microporosity, a manufacturing method thereof, and a gas separation membrane using the same. According to the present invention, a gas separation membrane comprising a polyarylene ether-based copolymer having microporosity with nano-sized pores has a high surface area, and can easily permeate a low molecular weight gas such as nitrogen (N2). In addition, thermal stability is high due to a ladder-shaped frame, thus can be effectively used in various fields using a gas separation membrane such as electronic materials, manufacture of medicine, food wrapping, a fuel cell, purification of water, etc.</p> |
