摘要 <p>Provided is a uroflowmeter with optical measurement which can increase the reliability of measuring diagnosis parameters by preventing shock noise, which is generated in a uroflow inspection device with weight measurement, gives comfort to an inspected person by wirelessly transceiving the result of measurement, and can ensure the stability of measurement by enabling the inspected person to naturally conduct the whole process of urination. The uroflowmeter with optical measurement comprises: a uroflow inspection device which is a measurement part in charge of actual measurement; an amplifying and converting part for amplifying and converting electric signals measured by the uroflow inspection device; a wireless transceiving part for transmitting and receiving the electric signals amplified and converted by the amplifying and converting part; and an analysis and display part for receiving and analyzing the transmitted electric signals and notifying an examined person of the result. The uroflow inspection device has a turbine, an optical device and a photo-sensor installed therein to calculate diagnosis parameters for diagnosing prostatic hyperplasia by optically measuring the speed of rotation of the turbine which is proportional to a uroflow.</p>
