摘要 The present invention relates to a polyester nonwoven fabric with improved strength and a manufacturing method thereof. The polyester nonwoven fabric with improved strength is characterized by a core side becoming 50 to 90 parts by weight of a high-melting polyester polymer with a melting point of 250°C or more by interposing a distribution plate between a spin beam and a spinning nozzle, a sheath side becoming 10 to 50 parts by weight of a low-melting polyester polymer with a melting point of 150 to 220°C or more, spinning sheath and core type filaments by inducing the polymer to a nozzle hole and using a spinneret for flat yarn with a flat ratio of 3:1 or more, and forming a web by stacking the spun filaments on a conveyor belt and manufacturing the formed web by thermal compression. The aforementioned polyester nonwoven fabric with improved strength and the manufacturing method thereof solved the conventional problems by solving the spinnability problem, while significantly increasing tensile strength by specifying the type of the spinneret and the characteristic and ratio of the used polymer, and having the excellent tensile strength in comparison to the existing products in the same weight without increasing the thickness thereof by supplementing adhesion by simultaneously spinning the polyester with a low melting point as a sheath and core type.
