PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam trap with a thermo-couple capable of accurately and easily measuring an internal temperature of the trap. ! SOLUTION: A trap includes a casing defining a valve chest inside thereof by fixing a cover member to a main body through a spiral gasket 21. An outer ring 25 of the spiral gasket 21 is provided with a thermo-couple 26 detecting an internal temperature of the trap. The thermo-couple 26 is a temperature sensor forming a closed circuit by two kinds of different strands (metallic wire) 26a, 26b, and utilizing a phenomenon (Seebeck effect) that electric current corresponding to temperature difference flows when two contact points at both ends are kept at different temperatures, and thermal electromotive force corresponding to the temperature difference is generated when one end is cut open. !
