The present invention relates to an effervescent tablet containing a red ginseng extract and a method of preparing the effervescent tablet. More specifically, a method of preparing the effervescent tablet comprises the steps of: mixing red ginseng extract granules, organic acids coated with dextrin, calcium carbonate, corn starch, sweetener, and spice: mixing an effervescent agent coated with sugar in the mixture; and preparing an effervescent tablet from the mixture with an effervescent agent with a tablet pressing device. An effervescent tablet according to the present invention has a superior hardness, a shorter dissolving time, and superior storage stability for moisture. |
