PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which allows an operator to confirm whether or not a preparation step and/or a storage step are performed correctly, or whether or not there is problem. ! SOLUTION: A device (10) for production and dispensation of a food product such as ice cream comprises: a tab (11) cooled by a freezing circuit (12); and a spiral mixer (14) which is motor drive type and which rotates inside the tab. The tab comprises a tap (15) for dispensing the product via a dispensation outlet (16) on a front part, and further comprises: a control system (21); a sensor (23) for mixer rotation and being coupled to the control system (21); and an interface panel (22). As the result, when rotation of the mixer (13) is detected by the sensor (23), the control system (21) displays a moving image (28) presenting rotation on the interface panel (22). !
