The present invention relates to the technical field of mobile communications and especially relates to a method for determining a port number and an E-UTRAN NodeB (eNB). The method includes that: a first eNB determines to establish an X2 interface with a second eNB; the first eNB acquires IP addresses of the two ends of a Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) link corresponding to the X2 interface (101), wherein the IP addresses of the two ends comprise the IP address of the first eNB and the IP address of the second eNB; the first eNB judges whether a corresponding relationship between the IP addresses of two ends and the established SCTP link is stored or not, and obtains a judgement result (102); and the first eNB establishes the SCTP link according to the judgement result (103). By utilizing the present invention, there is no need to pre-configure consistent SCTP port number for the eNBs at two ends where X2 interface is established, and therefore the network parameter configuration constraints are reduced. |
