A method for decoding a multilayer video signal according to the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: determining a reference layer used in prediction between layers of a current layer based on a direct dependency flag; determining whether the responsive picture is used in prediction between layers of the current picture of the current layer based on interlayer reference information of the current picture; and performing at least one among texture prediction between layers and motion prediction between layers of the current picture by using the responsive picture upon the direct dependency type, if the responsive picture of the reference layer is used for the prediction between layers.
