Provided are an organic/inorganic hybrid membrane for fouling resistance, a method of preparing the membrane, a separation membrane for treating water including the membrane, and a water treatment device including the membrane. An organic/inorganic hybrid membrane for fouling resistance may be manufactured by a nonsolvent-induced phase separation method, wherein inorganic nanoparticles and quaternary ammonium compound composites represented by chemical formula 1 are dispersed in an organic polymer matrix. In the chemical formula 1, R^1-R^3 is, independently, identical or different C1-C20 alkyl groups having straight or branched chains; R^4 is -(CH_2)_n-SiR′, wherein R′is a hydroxyl group or a C1-C6 alkoxy group; and n is an integer of 1-10.
