SOLUTION: In a solid-state imaging device, a controller causes each of a plurality of pixels to perform unit operation for a plurality of times without outputting a signal based on a voltage of a charge voltage conversion section from an amplifier within a frame period. The unit operation includes reset operation, charge accumulation operation and transfer operation. The reset operation is operation for resetting a photoelectric conversion section while maintaining a transfer section in a non-active state.
